REIKI LEVEL 1 TRAINING 

Open yourself up to Life Force Energy, cultivate a deeper sense of wellness, and transform your ability to connect with energy and your healing abilities! Join the community of light workers and become certified in Reiki Level I.

This course will offer you training and attunements for Reiki level I, and will allow you to begin your practice with yourself, your loved ones, children, pets, plants, and the earth. This attunement will help you create more harmony, vitality and balance energetically within and for others.

• Open and allow free flow of energy to come into the body for healing and connective purposes

• Intro to Reiki & hand positions

• Sense energy

• Learn about your intuition

THE HEALING CONNECTION (Monthly)

Deep guided meditation and channeled energy healing. We'll begin with heart-opening cacao, moving into a grounding and connection practice, then relaxing into a guided meditation journey while being wrapped in the highest vibrational healing energy. This is an incredible opportunity to see what your soul has to show you! You will leave here feeling rested, rebalanced, inspired, and most importantly, more deeply connected with your soul. As always, these beautifully intimate events are designed to bring you into deeper connection with your soul while making meaningful connections with other like-minded individuals in your community.

WORKSHOP | Mama's + Mama's to-be Family Wellness Workshop (2 Days)

A 2-day small-group workshop where you’ll learn Reiki level 1 and other energy healing techniques, and connect more deeply with your intuitive knowing (your clair senses!).

I’m truly honored to bring to you this incredible workshop and teach all of the wisdom and healing techniques that helped me to feel truly empowered and more deeply connected with my children over my years of motherhood.

 

Day 1: Reiki level 1 (with certification) + other energy healing techniques. In-person at the cabin.

Day 2: Learn about and how to connect with your intuitive senses, as well as practice what we learned in day one. Also in-person at the cabin.

**Two integration support sessions will be offered the following month via zoom.

 

Being a mama is an incredibly awakening and transformative experience, in ways that can feel both deeply challenging as well as expansive and liberating. I found myself overwhelmed with all of the new demands that came with the journey of caring for my littles, and intuitively knew that there was more that I could do as a mother to care for them.

 

I use these healing practices anytime they come running to me with a boo-boo, need comfort, and especially when they get sick. Having these energetic tools in my toolbelt and tuning into my children’s needs on an intuitive level has helped me to feel empowered, and I can’t tell you how many times the healing energy that I offered them was almost immediately followed by a turn in their health for the better.

This empowerment was ((and continues to be)) so important to me, which is why I am bursting with excitement to get to share it with you!
